Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, Passwords can be changed in any of the following ways.

Students Issue a new password using Password Changer.

Faculty/Staff Bring your photo ID to the desk on the second floor to seek assistance. In any other way, apply to have your password reissued to the General Affairs Section in your department and have the coordinator contact us.

Change Password

YNU login ID password can be changed using Password Changer and passwords for YNU mail account or Matrix can be changed in each systems.

Bring your student ID card to use one of the Password Changer. They are available in the following locations at the following times.
If an error or similar message like “Error” is displayed, go to the ITSC Office on the second floor for assistance.

ITSC Office (2F) Student Center (1F) PC Plaza in the Central Library (2F)
Available hours Weekdays 8:30-17:00 Weekdays 9:00-21:45
Weekends 9:30-16:30
Summer vacation, etc. 9:00-17:00 Note: Make sure to confirm the library is open.
Note: Faculty and staff members cannot use the password generations to issue new passwords.
Bring your photo ID (e.g., driver’s license) to the ITSC Office on the second floor. If you cannot come to the office, contact the General Affairs Section in your department.

Change your YNU Login ID Password using YNU Account Management System

The system can be accessed from anywhere on or off campus. Your YNU Login ID's Password can be changed.

  1. Log in to YNU Account Management System.
  2. Click [Change password].
  3. Set a new password.
