Trend Micro Apex One related bugs (Recovered)

The following failures announced on December 25, 2020 have been recovered.

However, due to the software rebuilding on the management server side, the Mac version of ApexOne Agent installed before 2020/12/21 cannot establish communication with the rebuilded ApexOne management server.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but if you are an ApexOne user for Mac, please uninstall and reinstall the ApexOne Agent.

Past information

2020/12/25  There is a problem with the ApexOne management server software of our university, and the following cannot be done.

  • Download the Windows version installation package
  • Download the Mac version installation package
  • Download the uninstall package for Mac
  • Update of Mac version pattern file

We are working on the restoration while contacting the manufacturer Trend Micro, but due to the year-end and New Year holidays, the restoration work will be after 2021/1/4.
