3/25 Notice of suspension of various service systems

Thank you for your cooperation in the operation of the campus network and various service systems.

On Thursday, March 25, 2021, various service systems will be suspended during the following period due to simultaneous maintenance work at the end of the fiscal year.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

  1. Learning Management System
    : 18: 00 - 20:00 (2 hours)
  2. YNU Account Management System, Password Changer Machine (for students)
    : 18:00 - 20:00 (2 hours)
  3. Web Hosting Service
    : About 15 minutes between 20:00 and 22:00
    * Due to the fact that the two hosting servers are maintained at different times, the time to stop differs depending on the website.
  4. Mailing list service
    : 18:00 - 20:00 (2 hours)
  5. (1) Academic Certification Federation Service (GakuNin)
    (2) Educational Affairs Information System, Library System, ESVOD, etc., systems not managed by ITSC used by YNU login ID
    (3) Wireless LAN for faculty and staff (YNU-STAFF-ONLY), eduroam
    (4) UNIX server for education
    (5) Matrix Authentication Service
    (6) SSL-VPN service
    (7) Web Survey Service
    : About 15 minutes between 19:00 and 22:00
    (The stop time differs depending on each system.)
