保守作業のお知らせ / 年末年始の保守体制について

保守作業による各種サービスシステム停止について

2017年12月28日（木）、保守作業のため、以下の時間帯において各種サービスシステムの停止が発生します。学内の皆様におかれましては、お忙しいところ恐れ入りますが、ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願いします。

授業支援システム [YNU Learning Management System]	2017年12月28日（木） AM 11:30 - PM 13:00（1時間30分） [1 hours 30 minutes for 11:30 to 13:00. December 28, 2017]
MATRIX認証サービス [Matrix Authentication System]	2017年12月28日（木） AM 10:00 - PM 12:00（2時間） [2 hours for 10:00 to 12:00. December 28, 2017]
ウェブホスティングサービス [Web Hosting Service]	2017年12月28日（木） AM 10:00 - PM 16:00の間の15分程度 ※3台のホスティングサーバを、時間をずらして保守作業する関係で、ウェブサイトによって停止する時間が異なります。 [about 15 minutes during 10:00 - 16:00. December 28, 2017] [※ Stop time varies according to website.]
無線LANサービス (YNU-WiFi / 教職員用無線LAN / eduroam) [Wireless LAN Service] [(YNU-WiFi / YNU-STAFF-ONLY / eduroam)] 学術認証フェデレーションサービス [Gakunin] Unix教育専用サーバ	2017年12月28日（木） AM 12:00 - PM 13:00の間の15分程度 [about 15 minutes during 12:00 - 13:00. December 28, 2017]

※YNUメール（Office365）は停止しません。

年末年始の保守体制について

年末年始 [ 2017年12月28日（水） PM 17:15 - 2018年1月4日（木）AM 8:30 ] の間、各種サービスシステムに障害が発生した場合、その復旧作業は原則、2018年1月4日（木） AM 8:30 対応開始となりますのでご了承ください。

※全学規模のネットワーク障害等、影響の大きいシステムの障害については年末年始であっても、可能な範囲でも対応はいたします。
